What photography services do you provide?
We provide Single Product Photography, Multi‑Angle Product Photography, Marketplace Listing Photography, Lifestyle Product Photography, Product Detail Photography and Catalogue Photography. All services are designed to produce professionally edited digital images for commercial use.
How do I book a photography service?
You can submit a booking request through our Contact & Booking form. Once we review your project details, we’ll confirm the service information and provide a booking confirmation by email.
How long does a project usually take?
Most projects are completed within 2–5 business days after photography has been carried out. Larger catalogue projects or more detailed photography services may require additional production time.
How will I receive my completed images?
All completed photography is delivered digitally. You’ll receive a secure download link by email containing your professionally edited image files.
What image formats are supplied?
Final photographs are typically supplied as high‑resolution JPEG files suitable for websites, online marketplaces, digital catalogues and other commercial applications.
Can I request multiple products within one project?
Yes. We can photograph individual products or multiple products depending on the selected photography service and project requirements.
Can I update my booking after it has been confirmed?
Yes. If your project details change, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll make reasonable efforts to accommodate updates before production begins.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Booking cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Cancellation eligibility and any applicable refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Do you provide printed photographs?
No. All services are provided digitally. We deliver professionally edited image files electronically and do not supply printed photographs.
