Booking Requests
Bookings may be submitted through our website, by email or by contacting us directly.
When submitting a booking request, customers may be asked to provide:

- Contact information
- Business name (where applicable)
- Preferred photography service
- Preferred booking date
- Product details
- Project requirements or special instructions
Providing complete and accurate information helps us review your request efficiently.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we have received the required booking information and, where applicable, payment has been successfully processed.
Following confirmation, customers will receive a booking confirmation by email outlining the agreed service details.
Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us promptly if any information requires correction.
Scheduling
Photography sessions are arranged according to studio availability and the preferred booking date provided by the customer.
While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested dates, specific appointment times cannot always be guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed.
If scheduling adjustments become necessary, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange a suitable alternative.
Product Submission
Where physical products are required for photography, customers are responsible for ensuring that items are appropriately prepared and securely packaged before shipment.
Products should arrive in a clean and suitable condition for photography.
Any shipping arrangements remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Booking Changes
If you need to change your booking date or project details, please contact us as early as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes whenever scheduling allows.
Changes requested after photography has commenced may not be possible for the current booking.
Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled before photography production begins.
Cancellation requests submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled photography session will generally be eligible for review in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Once photography production or image editing has commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund for work already completed.
Delivery of Completed Work
Following photography and professional editing, completed image files will be delivered electronically using a secure digital delivery method.
Estimated delivery times are provided on the relevant service page and may vary depending on project size and complexity.
Customers are encouraged to download and safely store all delivered files after receipt.
