Refund Policy for MIA BIBI LTD

At MIA BIBI LTD, we aim to provide a clear and fair refund process for all customers. This Refund Policy explains when cancellations are accepted, when refunds may be available, and how refund requests are handled for our commercial product photography services.

Cancellation Timeframe

If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled photography session are generally eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be reviewed individually depending on the stage of project preparation and any work already completed.

Work Started Disclaimer

Photography services involve preparation, planning, studio scheduling and image production.

Once photography, image editing or other agreed production work has commenced, the service is considered to be in progress.

Refunds are generally not available for the portion of work that has already been completed.

Where appropriate, we may consider a partial refund if only part of the agreed service has been carried out.

Completed Service Disclaimer

Once the agreed photography service has been completed and the final digital image files have been delivered, the service is regarded as fulfilled.

As digital photography services cannot be returned after delivery, completed services are generally not eligible for a refund.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your delivered files, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so that we can assist with the delivery process.

Missed Appointment Handling

If a scheduled photography appointment cannot proceed because the customer is unavailable, required products are not provided, or essential project information has not been supplied, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Where possible, we will work with you to arrange a new appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Repeated missed appointments or repeated failures to provide the required project materials may result in the booking being cancelled.

Changes to a Booking

If you need to change your booking date or project details, please contact us as early as possible.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate booking changes, subject to studio availability and project scheduling.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Approved refunds are typically completed within 3‑7 business days, although the exact time may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
