Each project is completed according to the agreed service details, including photography requirements, editing requirements and digital delivery specifications.

Any additional work requested outside the original booking may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once all required booking information has been received and, payment has been successfully processed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

If additional information is required before work can begin, the project may be placed on hold until the necessary details have been received.

3. Payment Terms

Prices displayed on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (GBP).

Payment is required according to the payment option presented during checkout or as otherwise agreed before work begins.

Orders will only enter production after payment has been successfully received where advance payment is required.

If payment cannot be completed, the requested service may not proceed until payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery Information

All completed photography services are delivered digitally.

Customers will receive completed image files using a secure digital delivery method, such as a download link or email attachment where appropriate.

Estimated delivery times are provided on each individual service page and begin after photography has been completed and all required project materials have been received.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity or the volume of work in progress.

Customers are encouraged to download and safely store all delivered files after receipt.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate project information, including product details, photography requirements and any specific instructions before work begins.

Where physical products are supplied for photography, customers should ensure that products are appropriately prepared and packaged before shipment.

Delays resulting from incomplete information or missing project details may affect the estimated delivery schedule.

6. Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled before photography production has commenced.

Where work has not yet started, eligible payments may be refunded in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

Once photography, image editing or other production work has begun, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a refund for work already completed.

If a project is postponed, customers are encouraged to contact us as early as possible so that suitable alternative arrangements may be considered.

7. Digital Image Files

Final image files are supplied in the formats specified within the purchased service.

Customers should review delivered files promptly after receipt and notify us within 7 calendar days if they believe any delivered files are incomplete or inaccessible.

Reasonable assistance will be provided where a delivery issue is confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, MIA BIBI LTD retains ownership of its original photographic work, editing processes and creative production methods.

Upon successful completion of the agreed service, customers receive permission to use the delivered image files for their own lawful business purposes, subject to any agreed project terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide all services with reasonable care, professionalism and attention to detail.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIA BIBI LTD shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability relating to any individual booking shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific photography service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website available and up to date.

Occasionally, access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical improvements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
